Episode 160 begins with Dave welcoming back to the show the founder and owner of Limitless Wrestling, Randy Carver Jr. On Friday, January 27, Limitless Wrestling hosts Unreal, quite possibly Limitless’ best card to date. Dave and Randy run down the amazing card, which features such matches as JT Dunn vs Cody Rhodes, Veda Scott vs Tessa Blanchard, David Starr vs Xavier Bell and many others. If you are heading to the big show on the 27th, then you will greatly appreciate this primer on what should be an incredible night of action in Maine.

From there, Dave reviews the action in the WWE for the week of January 16, 2017. We begin with Raw which began with all hell breaking loose as Brock Lesnar returned and laid waste to a significant portion of the Raw roster. The Club took on Sheamus and Cesaro with the Raw Tag Team titles on the line. Charlotte continued to belittle Bayley as they moved towards their Raw Women’s Title match at Royal Rumble. In the Main Event, Chris Jericho teamed up with Kevin Owens and Braun Strowman to take on the team of Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and Sami Zayn. How did everything shake out as the Road to the Rumble got progressively shorter? We have those answers for you on Episode 160.

From there it is on to Smackdown Live. Shane McMahon made a huge announcement at the outset of Smackdown Live that would have a direct effect on the WWE Championship. Things got heated between The Miz and AJ Styles, which led to a match between the two. The Intercontinental Champion, Dean Ambose took on The Viper, Randy Orton. Luke Harper made the difference in this match and we fill you in on the details in Episode 160. Dolph Ziggler, and his new attitude, were guests of Jerry Lawler on the King’s Court. In the Main Event, Becky Lynch looked to recapture the Smackdown Live Women’s Championship from Alexa Bliss in a Steel Cage match. La Luchadora would get involved again. Would we finally find out the identity of the mystery woman? We let you know on Episode 160.

It is then on to 205 Live which saw Jack Gallagher take on Daivari in an “I Forfeit” match. Which man ended up as the victor in this rivalry? We let you know on Episode 160. Plus, Drew Gulak, Cedric Alexander, Mustafa Ali and Tone Neese were all in action as well.

On NXT, Tye Dillinger contemplated his future. He would get a surprising suggestion from Sanity’s Eric Young. Did Tye become the newest member of Sanity?  We let you know here on Episode 160. TM61 tangled with The Revival with both teams looking for traction moving forward. We then got the contract signing for the NXT Championship match at Takeover: San Antonio. Bobby Roode and Shinsuke Nakamara finally were in the same ring with each other. Would their be fireworks? We let you know on Episode 160.

In our second installment of our review of NJPW’s  Wrestle Kingdom 11, we take a look at the IWGP Tag Team Championship match between the Guerrillas Of Destiny, Chaos and GBH. Who left Tokyo with the gold? Also, the IWGP Intercontinental Championship was on the line as Tetsuya Naito defended the title against Hiroshi Tanahashi. Who came out on top at NJPW’s version of WrestleMania? We let you know here on Episode 160.
