And that is exactly what we got this week. NXT got going with a very good match between Johnny Gargano and Baron Corbin. Did the Lone Wolf get back on track or would Johnny Wrestling send Corbin further down the rankings ladder? Alexa Bliss took on Cameron and Elias Samson was in action as well. And would the NXT Women’s Championship be the catalyst to the end of the great friendship between Bayley and Carmella? As good as the match was, what happened just after the match ended that was even better? We have all the answers and analysis you are looking for here on Episode 72.

We then move on to Smackdown and the eagerly anticipated rematch between Chris Jericho and AJ Styles. But before that match would take place, what happened to actually convince the two rivals to team up for a match? The Dudley Boyz explained the reasons for their actions on Raw. Sasha Banks battled Naomi. Who would come out on top in a very physical match between former Team B.A.D. members? And, in the Main Event, could Y2J get even with AJ…or did the Phenomenal One go 2-0 against Jericho? Tune in to Episode 72 to find out.

We then return to the Temple and continue with our review of Season 1 of Lucha Underground. Johnny Mundo and Prince Puma tore the house down  in the Main Event of the inaugural episode of Lucha Underground. But, how would they function as a team in the second episode? We also discover the identity of the man Dario Cueto has brought in to put an end to Blue Demon, Jr….the very imposing Mil Muertes. A mixed tag team match takes place between Son of Havoc and Ivelisse vs. Chavo Guerrero, Jr and Sexy Star. Could Sexy Star get a bit of payback against Son of Havoc for his defeat of her on the first episode? In the Main Event, Mil Muertes took on Blue Demon, Jr. Could Blue Demon, Jr survive…or would Muertes do what Dario Cueto brought him to Lucha Underground to do. And what happened after the Main Event that left even hardcore fans, like us, stunned and picking our jaws up off the floor? We let you know here in Episode 72.
