Billed as the first pay-per-view of a new era, Payback 2016 did not disappoint. It had the potential to be great and it did not disappoint. From top to bottom, this was one of the better WWE PPV’s we have seen recently and we have all the results, analysis, and discussion you could want here on Episode 95. We run down all the big matches.

Could Dolph Ziggler solve the problem he has had, otherwise known as Baron Corbin? Could Ryback finally capture the US Championship from Kalisto? We discuss the scary and very serious injury sustained by Enzo Amore in the first match of the Main Card and we, of course, wish Enzo a very speedy recovery. For 14 years, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn had been building towards this match at Payback. Why was this match so good and exactly how good did we really think it was? Could Cesaro capture the Intercontinental Championship from The Miz? Who prevailed in the clash between Dean Ambrose and Chris Jericho? We traveled back in time to 1997 for the Charlotte vs Natalaya Women’s Championship match. What do we mean by that? Tune in to Episode 95 to find out. What surprising decision did Vince McMahon make in regards to who would be running Raw from now on. And, in the Main Event, did the Roman Empire continue to march forward or did AJ Styles overthrow the Kingdom and capture the WWE World Heavyweight Championship? We have all of the answers to these burning questions in our Payback ’16 review here on Episode 95.
