Ol’ Gator returns to the show this week as he and Dave review all the action from the past week in the WWE Universe.

First up is Monday Night Raw from 9/26/16, the fallout show from Clash of Champions. Two rematches took place from the Clash as Roman Reigns defended his new United States Championship against the former champ, Rusev. Meanwhile, The New Day celebrated day 400 of their reign as Raw Tag Team Champions by defending the titles, yet again, against Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson. Who emerged from these two rematches as champions? Sheamus and Cesaro battled to a no contest in their decisive seventh match at Clash of Champions. What surprising solution did Mick Foley offer up? The Cruiserweight Champion, TJ Perkins, took on Tony Neese while Sasha Banks and Charlotte agreed to meet, one on one, for the Raw Women’s Championship in Los Angeles, next week. As for Kevin Owens, the Universal Champion was a guest of the Chris Jericho Highlight Reel. Would there be more stupid idiots making The List Of Jericho this week? Tune in to Episode 137 to find out.

Over on Smackdown Live, the situation between Dolph Ziggler and The Miz reached its’ boiling point as Dolph offered to put his career on the line if he cannot beat The Miz, and capture the Intercontinental Championship, at No Mercy. The Miz accepted and the stage is set for a huge match in Sacramento this weekend. American Alpha teamed up with the Smackdown Tag Team Champions, Beauty and the Man-Beast, to take on The Usos and The Ascension. Which teams gained momentum heading into No Mercy? In the Main Event, Dean Ambrose took on AJ Styles for the WWE World Championship. Why was John Cena the one who came out looking the strongest after this match was over? We let you know on Episode 137.

We then close things down by looking at NXT. The biggest news is the return of the Dusty Classic Tag Team Tournament. We review the teams we know about so far, including the team formed at this week’s installment of NXT, the team of Tye Dillinger and Bobby Roode, aka Perfectlty Glorious. Mandy Rose and Ember Moon went one on one while Asuka showed just how unprepared Liv Moirgan really was to face her. Samoa Joe began to terrorize the roster with a beat down of the Ealey Twins and continued to demand the head of Shinsuke Nakamura…or his NXT Championship. In the Main Event, Hideo Itami took on Lince Dorado. Would Austin Aries make his presence felt in this match? Tune in to Episode 137 to find out.
