On Episode 237, we kick things off with two more excellent interviews from Dynamo Pro talent. Just in time for tonight’s big Riot on The River event in Grafton, IL, Big Dave interviews two guys who will be heavily involved in the festivities tonight. He first talks to “Mr. Extraordinary” Benjamin Trust, who discusses the tournament so far, his Quarterfinal match vs Outtcast, and his career thus far. From there, Dave welcomes back to the show one of our favorite guests, “Lights Out” Adrian Surge. Adrian has a massive opportunity tonight to defeat Makaze and become the Dynamo Pro Champion and, on this episode, he talks about what has become a very heated rivalry with his former mentor. Fans of Dynamo Pro will not want to miss these interviews as we get set for the big night tonight.

From there, Big Dave recaps the recently completed 2018 WWE UK Championship. From the first match of the First Round, all the way to the final bell at the NXT UK Championship, Dave runs down a tremendous event put on by WWE. What were the high points? Who really stepped forward and asserted themselves? What does the future hold for the NXT UK Division? If you missed the tournament or have been on the fence about watching it, then tune in to Episode 237 and find out if it might be worth your time.

We then close this Episode down by releasing Vol. 2 of the lost Summer Slam ’17 tapes. In this installment, we release the Summer Slam ’17 Tri-Cast Preview show. This was the final time Kinny Killa of the Sunday Segue Wrestling Podcast appeared on the show before he closed up shop so for those of you who miss hearing Kinny’s voice, this will be a nice trip down memory lane. What did Dave, Kinny, Chris Platt, DPP, and PC Tunny think about Summer Slam ’17 before the event took place and, more importantly, how did they do with their picks? As the Road to Summer Slam ’18 nears its conclusion, join us here to take a look back at last year’s Mega event before it took place.
