Summer Slam weekend is here and your friends here at the Attitude Of Aggression Wrestling Podcast are rolling a ton of content your way starting here with Episode 124.

We begin by reviewing the go-home show for Raw. Seth Rollins called out the Demon King persona of Finn Balor. Would the Demon King actually respond? Rusev and Roman Reigns met in an epic encounter that was not about the United States Championship, but was instead about the honor of Rusev’s wife. What kind of match did the two warriors put on just 6 days before their Summer Slam title match? The New Day  and Gallows and Anderson both gained victories as they barreled towards their big confrontation for the WWE Tag Team Titles at Summer Slam. Brock Lesnar got challenged by an unlikely person. Charlotte continued to build momentum for her WWE Women’s Championship rematch with Sasha Banks, Sheamus and Cesaro might just end up fighting forever, and Big Cass took on Kevin Owens. How did this all play out? We let you know on Episode 124.

We then shift to Smackdown Live which say tensions between the WWE World Champion, Dean Ambrose, and Dolph Zigger boil over as the two prepare for their Championship match at Summer Slam. Dean Ambrose would then take on Eric Rowan later that night. The Miz and Apollo Crews continued to posture as they prepared for their Intercontinental Championship match at Summer Slam. In the Main Event, John Cena took on Alberto Del Rio as AJ Styles watched on from the announce table. Who would prevail and what sort of confrontation, if any, would Cena and Styles get into a mere 5 days from Summer Slam?

We then review the go-home Episode of NXT as we drew ever closer to Takeover: Brooklyn II. There was not much in the way of action, although Hideo Itami continued his comeback and some new women were introduced to the Women’s Division of NXT. There was a very intriguing interview, however, between the NXT Champion, Samoa Joe, and Shinsuke Nakamura that may have been more noted for both men’s choice of clothing than anything else.

We then close things down by previewing NXT Takeover: Brooklyn II. Six matches will come our way from the Barclay’s Center and we analyze all of them form you. Will Ember Moon and Bobby Roode win their debuts? Will No Way Jose get a measure of revenge against Austin Aries? Can Johnny Gargano and Tomasso Ciampa unseat The Revival to capture the NXT Tag Team Championship? Can Bayley recapture the NXT Women’s Championship from Asuka? And can Shinsuke Nakamura complete an epic run through NXT by beating Samoa Joe and capturing the NXT Championship? We have all the analysis you could want for NXT’s biggest event of the Summer right here on Episode 124.
